Dedicated number · PDFs to your inbox

Receive Faxes Online. PDFs to your inbox, not paper to your machine.

Get a dedicated US fax number — local area code or toll-free 800 — and every fax sent to it arrives in your email as a PDF. Plus a searchable archive in your HelpMeFax dashboard. No machine, no phone line, no paper jams at 2am.

How online fax receiving works

Same fax. Different destination.

When someone sends a fax to your dedicated HelpMeFax number, the fax transmission lands on our infrastructure — not a machine in your office. We capture every page, convert the transmission to a PDF, deliver it to your inbox, and archive it in your dashboard. To the sender, nothing changes — they fax a number, it goes through. To you, faxes become email.
