Yes, there's a per-fax fee for actual fax transmission. However, paid plans include significant discounts (10-30% off) on every fax you send. The subscription fee covers premium features, higher limits, and priority support.
Yes. Dedicated US fax numbers are available as a standalone monthly add-on on every plan, including Pay As You Go and Starter. Professional includes one number at no extra cost; Enterprise includes five. Inbound pages received are billed at $0.05 per page on every plan.
No. After upgrading to Professional or Enterprise we invite you to claim your included number(s) on the welcome page, but you can also do it later from your dashboard. Pick an area code whenever you need one — your unclaimed slots stay available.
